Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both clients and our team.
1. Project Cancellation by Client
- Before design commencement: Full refund of advance payment, minus ₹5,000 administration fee
- After design approval, before manufacturing: 25% of total project value is non-refundable (design and planning costs)
- After manufacturing commences: 50% of total project value is non-refundable
- After material delivery to site: No refund on manufactured items; installation charges may be waived
2. Modification of Scope
Changes to agreed design specifications after manufacturing commencement will incur additional charges. A revised quotation will be provided for approval before any changes are implemented.
3. Cancellation by Z Cube Design
In the rare event that Z Cube Design is unable to complete a project, we will refund all advance payments made, plus interest at 8% per annum for the period held.
4. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemic-related restrictions, or supply chain disruptions.
5. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.
