By using the Z Cube Design website and engaging our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Z Cube Design provides interior design, manufacturing, and installation services for residential and commercial clients. All services are subject to a formal written agreement and advance payment as specified in our quotation.

2. Quotations and Pricing

Price estimates on this website and via our calculator are indicative. Final pricing is provided in a formal quotation after site measurement and design consultation. Prices are subject to change based on material selection, site conditions, and scope changes.

3. Payment Terms

• 50% advance payment upon project confirmation
• 30% upon completion of manufacturing
• 20% upon project handover

Z Cube Design reserves the right to hold delivery until payment milestones are met.

4. Project Timeline

Timelines provided in our quotations are estimates. Delays due to site readiness, client decisions, or force majeure events are not the liability of Z Cube Design.

5. Design Rights

Design concepts, drawings, and 3D renders prepared by Z Cube Design remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. The client may not use or share designs without our written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Z Cube Design's liability is limited to the project value as specified in the agreement. We are not liable for consequential or indirect losses.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
