Z Cube manufactures and installs to your drawings and specifications — as a white-label production partner. We do not design, we do not pitch, and we do not contact your client. You keep the design relationship and the fee.

The usual fear when an architect hands drawings to a manufacturer is that the manufacturer goes around them. These are the terms we work to, in plain language.
We never approach your client
No direct quotes, no parallel proposals, no "we could do the rest of the flat too". Your client relationship is yours alone.
We build to your drawing, not our taste
Your details, your specification, your finishes. Where a detail is unbuildable as drawn, we raise it with you and propose an option — we never substitute silently.
We can stay invisible
White-label and OEM production. Unbranded delivery and installation, with our team introduced as your production partner if you prefer.
Your drawings stay confidential
Drawings and BOQs are used to produce your job and nothing else. We are glad to sign an NDA before you send anything.
One point of accountability
One production contact from quote to handover — not a call centre. Site issues get resolved without you chasing a supply chain.
You keep the margin
We quote you as a trade supplier. What you charge your client is your business, and we never disclose our rates to them.

Our own installation teams, or supply-only to your contractor. Both work — tell us which model you want.
How a Project Runs
Plans, elevations, details, a finish schedule or a BOQ — whatever stage you are at. DWG, PDF, SketchUp or a marked-up sketch all work.
A line-item quotation matched to your BOQ so you can compare like for like, with any buildability queries raised up front.
We produce production drawings from your design and send them back for sign-off. Nothing is cut before you approve.
Cutting, CNC, edge banding and finishing in our own 70,000 sq ft facility, on a schedule we control.
Units are checked against your approved drawings, then packed for site. You are welcome to inspect before dispatch.
Installed by our team or handed to your contractor, then snagged and closed out — with you presenting the finished work to your client.
The Facility Behind the Promise
Manufacturing under our own roof is what lets us hold a timeline. There is no third-party supplier to blame and no queue behind someone else's order.
Materials as standard: BWP-grade plywood and E1-rated boards, with hardware from Hettich and Häfele. We share material certificates on trade contracts, and we will build to a different specification if your drawings call for. See the factory and machinery →

Questions Architects Ask Us
Will you contact my client directly?
No. When you appoint us as your manufacturing partner, your client is yours. We deal with you, quote to you, and take instructions from you. If your client contacts us directly, we refer them back to you.
Can you manufacture under my brand?
Yes. We do white-label and OEM production, including unbranded packaging and installation. Many studios present the work entirely as their own.
What drawing formats do you accept?
DWG, PDF, SketchUp files and Excel BOQs. If you have concept sketches and a finish schedule, send those and we will tell you what else we need to quote accurately.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, and we are happy to sign before you send drawings. Ask for it with your first enquiry.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum for custom work — we take single bespoke pieces as well as full project packages. Bulk pricing depends on the product category.
Do you supply outside Mumbai?
Yes. We deliver pan-India and have shipped to Chennai, Coimbatore, Tirupur, Ahmedabad, Vijayawada and Trivandrum among others. Installation outside Mumbai is quoted per project.
Can you supply, without installing?
Yes. We supply finished components or assembled units for your own contractor to install, or we install with our teams — whichever suits your programme.
What if a detail cannot be built as drawn?
We raise it with you before production with a proposed alternative. We never substitute a material or change a detail without your written approval.
